Q1

Release of the SPL IBIT Token

In the last week of January 2024, IBIT will be publicly deployed as an SPL token on the Solana mainnet and airdropped to selected users.

Q2

IBIT Staking

IBIT will also be launched as an ERC20-based token. The developed IBIT staking pool will be deployed on the network and thus launched for all users.

Q3

Development of BCT and BlackChain

Development of the fundamentals of the BlackChain ecosystem, including all relevant aspects for implementing the specific blockchain.

Q4

Distribution of BCT and Launch

Launch of BCT. The native token of the BlackChain ecosystem is launched as an SPL token. Staking and liquidity for BCT become available and are released.

NFTs as a ticket to a Node

At the end of 2024, for those customers who have pre-registered for nodes, NFTs will be distributed that grant exclusive access to supernodes.

Testnet and Mainnet

In February 2025, the BlackChain Testnet launches. In Q3/Q4 2025, the BlackChain Mainnet goes online, enabling the ecosystem to fully launch.

Our Token Vision.

Discover how we intend to positively influence our value creation

Staking:

Starting in mid-October, BCT will offer the staking function known from IBIT. The corresponding yields will thus be redirected through the ecosystem's token.


The staking rewards are secured by 10% of the total token supply, explicitly blocked for staking rewards.

Minting:

Once a year, up to a maximum of 10% of the original token distribution is newly minted to secure staking rewards for investors in the staking pool. This ensures that BCT's staking system functions sustainably.


Burning mechanisms are used to burn accrued profits, thereby controlling possible inflation.

Airdrops:

By allocating 20% of all tokens for airdrops, we want to ensure community building. Users who actively support the project should be actively rewarded for it.


BlackChain aims to become an active movement that integrates traditional assets into the crypto cosmos.
